Questions Asked by PML Participants

Quite often, people who are preparing to attend one of our PML training programs have various questions regarding their accommodations, transportation and the actual training. The questions listed below are typical and are followed by our answers. If you have a question which does not appear here or if you require further clarification, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us at any time.

Q. Where is PML held?

A. All of the PML Front-Line sessions are at the Holiday Inn Greenville (South Carolina), I-85 @ Augusta Road.  You can click HERE for more information or call direct, 1-864-277-8921.

Q. How do I get there if I’m driving?

A. You can click HERE for more information or call the hotel direct at 1-864-277-8921.

Q: When will I receive information about the program so I can make plans for travel and for my free time?

A: About 2-3 weeks prior to the session that you will be attending, we will e-mail a letter confirming your enrollment in PML with details regarding dates and times.  You will also receive reading materials which will be e-mailed as Word attachments.  Typically, Front-Line PML begins on Tuesday, promptly at 8 a.m., continuing until 8 p.m. We begin again on Wednesday at 8 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m.  We ask that you plan for your incoming flight to arrive no later than 2 hours prior to start time and outgoing no earlier than 2 hours after.

Q: Why is tuition due 60 days before the program?

A: Tuition can be paid any time prior to the program, in fact we encourage companies to pay earlier in order to guarantee registration. The hotel contract requires that we commit to pay for the total block of rooms, whether they are used or not.  This commitment is required 60 days prior to the program.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation at the hotel?

A: Yes.  If you will require accommodations, please call the Holiday Inn direct at 1-864-277-8921.

Q. I want to make flight travel arrangements. What is the name of the airport in Greenville and when does the program begin and end?

A. The airport is Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport. Front-Line PML begins promptly at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. on the second day.  Please plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to start time and plan your departure for no earlier than 2 hours following.

Q: How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

A: Distance from Greenville/Spartanburg airport is: 12 Miles/ 19.31 kilometers.  The hotel has a complimentary Airport Shuttle.  Please call them direct at 1-864-2778921 to make your reservation.  If you prefer to travel by taxi, the typical fee will be about $25.

Q: I require special meals. What do I need to do?

A: Attach a note to your nomination form, call our office at 864-229-1489 and ask to speak to Elizabeth Hemphill, or simply fax us a message (864-229-2367) giving us your dietary requirements. We take care of the rest. It’s that easy!

Q: When will I have free time so I can get some work done?

A: PML is an intense training program.  We ask that you devote your entire time to all PML sessions and that any work issues be dealt with only during scheduled breaks.

Q: Why can’t I get details about the PML program? Why is everyone who’s already attended so secretive?

A: PML is a very personal experience. It would not be helpful to your full learning to know all of the details. Therefore, we ask PML graduates not to share the experience with you, but we do commit that it will be unforgettable and rewarding.
